Here in the El Dorado Hills area, temperatures stay moderate enough for us to plant through the winter. The only things that prevent us from doing installations are below freezing temps and heavy rains. Besides that, the winter is a great time to install your landscape.

But the winter is also the best time to plan out and design your garden so that you’re ready for the spring and you can enjoy your beautiful landscape when most people spend more time outdoors.
