WHAT IS SAME DAY GARDEN DESIGN?

Same Day Garden Design (SDGD) is the invention of Gill Gardens’ owner, Greg Gill as a way to make his landscape architectural design skills more accessible to the DIY community who want to install their own beautiful landscape but are overwhelmed by the design process and picking out the right plants for their gardens.

the sdgd PROCESS

Greg will come to your home and provide you with a landscape plan and other deliverables that same day. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Consultation. Greg will meet with you to discuss what you’d like to achieve with your garden space so that it becomes a place you love.

2. Sketch Plan. Greg will develop a sketch plan based on the consultation and review the design before finalizing the plan.

3. Landscape Plan & Plant Palette Board. Greg will hand draw your colorized landscape plan with everything discussed during the consultation and figure out the best plants for your site.

4. Final Presentation. Greg will walk you through the design and plant suggestions.

5. Zoom Call. Within a month after SDGD, you will have an opportunity to schedule a 30 minute Zoom call with Greg if you have any further questions.

   List of Deliverables:

   • 11 x 17 Scaled Color Landscape Plan.

   • Plant Palette Board with all the plant suggestions for your garden - photos, latin names, & common names of each plant.

   • Private Pinterest Board with photos of all elements and amenities related to your Landscape Plan.

   • 30 Minute Zoom Call.
